Request account deletion
You can request deletion from inside Anchor Word under Account settings. If you no longer have access to the app, you can start the request from this page instead.
Request by email
Email Anchor Word support from the email address associated with your account when possible. Include the account email you want deleted. We may need to verify ownership before completing a destructive account request.

During beta, deletion fulfillment is operator-reviewed. Requests have a current processing target of 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other required purposes may be handled according to the approved retention policy.
